Artículo 1º: con encuadre en el artículo 15 de la Ley Nº 8.072 de Contrataciones de la Provincia se adjudica el trámite de Contratación Abreviada art. 15 inc. k) Nº 06/2021 -  Adquisición de frutas y huevos renglones fracasados LP Nº 127/19, según DI Nº 1.604/21 a las firmas:

  • >GERMAN CLARISA GRACIELA: Anexo I: renglón Nº 01 (594 kg), Nº 02 (44 kg) y Nº 05 (176 kg). Anexo II: renglón Nº 01. Por un total de $ 102.500.00.

  • >>PADILLA, ARIEL: ANEXO I: renglón N° 03 (308 kg) y 04 (1.004 kg.) Por un total de $ 307.000.17.

    • >>>El gasto que demanda lo dispuesto precedentemente se imputó a Fondos Presupuestarios Provinciales.
