DECRETO Nº 221

MINISTERIO DE GOBIERNO, DERECHOS HUMANOS, TRABAJO Y JUSTICIA

VISTO la renuncia presentada por el Dr. Pedro Oscar García Castiella, y;

CONSIDERANDO:

Que, en consecuencia, es necesario dictar el instrumento legal correspondiente;

Por ello,

EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA DE SALTA

DECRETA:

ARTÍCULO 1º.-Acéptase la renuncia presentada por el Dr. PEDRO OSCAR GARCÍA CASTIELLA, D.N.I. Nº 20.347.511, en el cargo de SECRETARIO DE JUSTICIA Y MÉTODOS PARTICIPATIVOS DE RESOLUCIÓN DE CONFLICTOS, a partir del 1 de marzo del 2020, dándosele las gracias por los servicios prestados.

ARTÍCULO 2º.- El presente decreto será refrendado por el señor Ministro de Gobierno, Derechos Humanos, Trabajo y Justicia y por el señor Secretario General de la Gobernación.

ARTICULO 3º.- Comuníquese, publíquese el Boletín Oficial y archívese.
